• Service: We strive to deliver the best possible service to our clients, making them feel like they are important to us and be as friendly and helpful as we can. We believe that it is not all business and find an interest in each of our clients businesses and do our best to help where we can.
• Products: We provide tailor made and uniquely developed products which is specifically developed for each clients individual needs. We believe in offering effective and productive products which will boost the business’s image and productivity.
• Business: We believe in honest and fair business, and will not discriminate against any business or ever over charge another because we think we can. We work on a fixed price list and only charge for what you get.
• Community: Our mission is to educate and improve our communities knowledge of online marketing and branding quality and functionality. With our monthly newsletter and education programmes we try to educate our clients with how to improve their marketing campaigns more productively and more cost effective.
• Environment: All of our internal paperwork is done and processed by our own web applications. By this way we try to save paper as far as we can and only use application paper where necessary.
• Staff: We understand that the heart of our company lies with our task force, and that is why we go through extensive lengths to better their working environment. We acknowledge that our staff have desires and we utilize that by creating structures where they get performance bonuses per projects, extra commission, 13th cheque and a end of year target bonus which means we encourage our staff to perform better yet to work as productive and on time as far as they can.
• Ethics: We will never take part in any fraud like activities and will reserve the right to decline a project should we feel that the project is immoral, illegal or portrait in such a way where it would discriminate against a certain population group.
